EMPOWERING ACTIVITY

In order to get chocolate milk, chocolate syrup or powder is added to regular milk. Adding the chocolate flavoring causes the milk to change and become different. People also change throughout their lives, although probably not because of chocolate flavoring.

While looking back in the past is important, it is also important to think about the future. On the worksheet, write down one way you would like to change in the future.

Click on the worksheet to print, or draw on your own paper.

Use the space on the worksheet to write down your response.

Moments of reflection focused on self-growth are important not only to grow as a person, but also to look back on past experiences.

It is easy to forget to take time for ourselves in such a fast paced world, but spending time thinking about ourselves, which can be in the form of writing, meditating, or talking to others, can help to calm the mind and build confidence.
